South Korean company Kia Motors, which has strengthened its position in the Indian auto market in less than two years, will soon launch its new car Kia Seltos EV. Which is a mid size SUV car. Which is the electric version of the Kia Seltos. The car is now set to launch. The Kia Seltos electric suv will be launched globally in China next year. It is also being speculated that the company may launch a Kia Seltos EV car at a much lower price.
Production of the car has already started at the Dongfeng Yueda Kia plant in Jiangsu Province, China. The Kia Seltos EV is very different from the regular Kia Celtos in terms of design and style. After looking at the look of this car, it is realized that closed upper and lower grilles have been seen in the front of the car. On which a panel like grill body color has been given and a blue strip has been seen in the top. Blue highlights are also seen in the fog lamp and lower radiator black grille. The electric variant of the Kia Seltos EV will also feature LED headlights and DRL like the regular Celtos. However, no changes have been made to the car’s interior and features.
According to the report, the design of the bumper of Kia Seltos EV car is different. Kia Seltos EV has features and interior like regular Celtos. It is also learned that blue highlights will be seen in the cabin of the electronics variant of the Celtos. Which in a way is the identity of electric vehicles.
As for the Kia Seltos battery, the car will have a 64kWh battery like the Hyundai Kona EV. Which is capable of generating power of 204bhp. Or it could be that the car has a 56.5kWh battery pack. Which is in a car like Kia k3 EV. The company claims that the car has given a mileage of 450 km on a single charge in the New European Driving Test cycle. It will be realized in the coming time, how much mileage this car will give. It is also believed that the company may launch an electric variant for less than Rs 20 lakh. People will have the option of Tat Nexon, Hyundai Kona EV, mg zs ev. These are all electric variant cars.
