1) Fine flour.
2) Powdered sugar
3) Butter.
4) Baking soda
5) Milk.
6) Vanilla Essence.

How to make ?
1) Put the Fine flour, powdered sugar, baking soda, milk, vanilla essence, and eggs in a bowl.
2) Then shake it well.
3) Then put butter in a bowl and put the prepared mixture in it.
4) Then let it bake.
5) When it cools, pour cream and chocolate chips on top for garnish.
