Cleanliness campaign for quality disposal through coordination among all offices of the Department of Social Justice & Empowerment

As part of the “Special Campaign 2.0”, the Department of Social Justice & Empowerment is carrying out various activities like disposing of pending files and maintaining cleanliness in subordinate offices of Department of Social Justice & Empowerment.

 

The campaign was launched on 2 October, 2022 in line with Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi’s vision, making working places clean and reduce the pendency of MP references, PMO references, Public Grievances, Parliament Assurances etc, in order to provide better services to the people.

 

As part of the special Campaign, monitoring of disposal of pending MP references, Public Grievances, record management of files etc is being done by Department of Social Justice & Empowerment on a daily basis through a dedicated portal. Efforts are being made to make Swachhta Special Campaign 2.0 effective and efficient in the Department.

Accordingly, till 20th October,out of 3440 Public Grievances, 2776 have been redressed. This campaign is being carried out at 6 sites, Namely National Scheduled Cast Finance and Development Corporation (NSFDC), National Backward Classes Finance and Development Corporation(NBCFDC), National SafaiKarmcharies Finance and Development Corporation(NSKFDC), Dr. Ambedkar International Centre (DAIC), DR. Ambedkar Foundation and National Institute of Social Defence. Pre-event photos of the sites have been uploaded on the DARPG portal. Regular post on Social Media Platforms and updation on DARPG portal are being done.
