The students benefit not only in terms of their skills but also the placement packages that are offered by the technology companies. Training on byteXL modules has proven to show a rise in the payscale for students with students trained on byteXL’s platform landing placement offers with nearly INR 50 lacs per annum. The remuneration has seen an increase through the training across tier 1, 2 and 3 cities. The proprietary analytics of byteXL help in instant assessments of where the student is lagging and allows the student to learn till perfection. It empowers the students making them career-ready instead of getting the training on the job to help them be better situated in the industry. This way, after the training from byteXL, the students are better empowered to tackle the real-time industry-related challenges early on.

Commenting on the company’s foray into Gujarat,Mr. Sricharan Tadepalli, COO & Co-Founder, byteXL said, “byteXL trains the students and makes them career-ready before graduation. After an encouraging response from multiple states for our specilaized programs, we are excited to look at Gujarat where we aim to tie up with 25 institutes and train 50,000 engineering students on the new-age technologies in the next 2 years and enhance their employability quotient. In the last one year, we have already helped 10,000 students to get employment in eminent organizations post going through our specialized programs.”

Mr. Santosh Nair, Senior Director Training and Placements from Parul University said, “While at universities we have an elaborate curriculum and precise standards, by the time the students enter the industry, they need some practical training at the workplace before they start working for the customers. This byteXL solves effectively by preparing the students ahead of time and in a way that their proficiency on the new-age technologies are very much handy to deal with the industry-related challenges from the beginning. That way the employers do not have to invest much time or money in preparing the newcomers either. We hope more and more of our university students choose the platform as their coach for IT career-readiness.”

With a high student engagement rate of over 90% and a client renewal rate of over 78%, byteXL harnesses low-cost customers acquisition, lowers student attrition rates, and reduces corporate training costs too. byteXL has already acquired partnerships with the likes of GoDaddy Academy, Microsoft, Fortinet NSE, Leading India AI, and Skysthelimit.org for curriculum vetting and certifications.
