The state is facing the possibility of another lockdown in the wake of the ever-increasing Koro epidemic. According to sources, the Chief Justice of the Gujarat High Court has said that corona cases are on the rise and it is necessary to break the chain of corona transition. To this end, the High Court has directed the state government to impose a three- to four-day curfew across the state and take necessary decision on weekend curfew.
On the one hand, the cases of corona transition in Gujarat are on the rise, on the other hand, as the night curfew in cities also affects business, the trade association believes that the government should now impose a weekend lockdown to curb corona. The medical association has also applied for a partial lockdown to control Corona’s condition. All things considered, the government may declare a three- to four-day lockdown or a weekend lockdown.
