The city of Ahmedabad has always been known for various activities in the field of literature. Recently, the sixth edition of the Ahmedabad International Literature Festival was inaugurated as part of such an activity. Under this program, various programs will be held online and face to face throughout the year which will be completed during November-December 2021. The inauguration of the event was followed by a day-long ceremony from Sunday morning to evening during which talks on various topics were held in six different sessions.
Manoj Agarwal, Additional Chief Secretary of Department of Social Justice and Women Empowerment, SK Nanda, Retired Chartered Officer, Manvendrasinh Gohil, Poet Anil Chavda, Well known Author Dr. Sharad Thacker, filmmaker Abhishek Jain, former deputy director general of All India Radio and guests like Director General Laxmishankar Bajpayee etc. introduced themselves and discussed various topics. Also Vision Raval, founder of Vision Encorp and Vishakha Bhattnagar, a young writer of Minara were present on the auspicious occasion.
