SonyLIV is all set to stream the much-anticipated series, Maharani, on 28th May but
just before the show goes live; the makers have dropped yet another fascinating and
intriguing look doned by Huma Qureshi. After taking the internet by storm with the
teaser; Huma’s Chief Minister look is brilliantly designed.

Talking about her Chief Minister look, Huma Qureshi said, “I’m excited and looking
forward to the show streaming soon. We’ve got a great response to the teaser and
I’m sure our viewers will be well entertained through the show. Playing Rani Bharati is
multifaceted, she has various shades associated to her character and that has been
a great honor to portray. To get into the skin of the character, we tried on various
looks that helped establish the phases in her life.”

milking cows, making gobar upalas to standing by her family despite all odds, what
lies ahead of her is a mystery that’s waiting to unfold.
Will Rani be able to sail through this? Directed by Karan Sharma and created by
Subhash Kapoor, the show features Sohum Shah, Amit Sial, and Vineet Kumar
amongst others. Maharani is a fictionalized series that is set to release on 28th May
only on SonyLIV.
