It was stated in the press release of Gujarat Government that ‘Home Learning’ program has been implemented by the Education Department, Gujarat State. Under this program and under the guidance of District and District Education Committee, Mehsana and Education and Training Bhavan, Mehsana “Street school” program has been implemented in every school of .C. District Primary Education Officer Dr. Gaurang Vyas and Na. Under the inspiration of Pulkit Joshi and under the guidance of CRCCO Ravi Patel, effective work is being done with the cooperation of all school principals and teachers.
In today’s age of online learning, this new experiment has been done with the aim that all the children of the school can acquire the necessary basic knowledge in their own mahalla-street with the children who do not have the necessary digital devices. A total of 170 banners have been constructed by CRCCO Suraj in this project. These banners have been distributed in all the 10 schools under the jurisdiction of CRC Suraj.
Each school has been given 17 banners of different subjects from standard 1 to 8. With the help of all the teachers and villagers of the cluster, these banners have been put up in the public space of the village. Children read and write about the educational things in the banners in their own time. And the teachers give necessary understanding and guidance to the children during their visits. Every 15 days the place of the banners will be changed so that every child can be given the benefit of all the subjects. Necessary basic educational literature of subjects like SAV has been placed. All the principals and teachers of the school under CRC Suraj have made invaluable contribution in this entire project.
