Chief Minister Shri Bhupendra Patel has become popular among the people for his simplicity and spontaneity along with his soft-spoken, firm leadership. The villagers of Giyod in Gandhinagar district experienced similar simplicity and spontaneity on Tuesday morning.
Chief Minister Shri Bhupendra Patel reached Giyod village without informing anyone in the village about any pre-arranged program. He reached Giyod village and instinctively inquired about the cleanliness, schooling, etc. of the village elders.
Shri Bhupendra Patel made his impression as Bhupendra ‘Dada’ brighter by interacting with these children by going among the forgotten children of Giyod village. The Chief Minister also met the women of the village. He enjoyed the tea while interacting with the villagers.
Chief Minister Shri Bhupendra Patel went as per schedule to Kantharpur on Tuesday morning to inspect the ongoing development works as a pilgrimage destination of Mahakali Vad. He suddenly instructed his security officials to take the vehicles to Giyod village and reached Giyod directly without any pre-arranged schedule. The villagers of Giyod, the children were pleasantly surprised to see the Chief Minister ambushed in their village.
The Chief Minister was accompanied by Chief Secretary Shri Pankaj Kumar, Gandhinagar District Collector Shri Kuldeep Arya and others.
