Conceptualized and designed to travel across six major cities, the food truck will be present at some of the most popular hubs inAhmedabad on 07 and 08 April 2019. Upon its arrival in Ahmedabad, an Executive Chef from Courtyard by Marriott will be preparing dishes such as Fafda Poutine Chaat, Bombay Toasty Sandwich and Molten Cheese Nachos, as part of the locally-inspired special menu which will be served on-board. Bringing Marriott International Inc.’s philosophy to life, the celebrated chefs and their talented culinary teams aim to create a blissful experience for their patrons in every city.
Cruising through the cities of Ahmedabad, Amritsar, Lucknow, Madurai and Kochi and Pune, this food truck will cover a distance of 6761 kms in 40 days. Through this initiative, Marriott aspires to manifest on the F&B strength of its Select Serve properties – Courtyard by Marriott, Fairfield by Marriott, Four Points by Sheraton and Aloft Hotels.
