Mr Kumar Rawal from Ahmedabad shared details like chat history and call recordings which shows that due to tech issues swiggy app shown far away restaurant and then deny to deliver or refund the money to the customer.
Mr kumar said it took 1 hours to their executive to address the issue and at the end without any intimation they have cut the amount and cancel the order. He also submitted call recordings and chat screenshots the prof .
He is planning to file a case against it at consumer forum and also planing to run social media campaign called #SwiggyCheats on his network as he is also an influencer with good follower base. For Swiggy’s reference he shared order – ID – 121535697774.
We hope such company rectify the tech error to customer do not suffer by such incident.
