How to do?
Lie on your back to do sarvangasana. Moving the legs upwards. And to support with hands on back. Your elbows should be on the ground. Stay in this position for 30-60 seconds and keep repeating.
Precautions: –
You should take maximum care of your neck while doing Sarvangasana. Don’t rush.
