The Director of Counseling Center, Vadnagar College, Dr. Rajesh Parmar awarded “Bhakt Kavi Narasimha Mehta Best Research Paper Award” for ‘Manomask’ Analitical research article to maintain mental health in Corona.
Department of Psychology, Saurashtra University, Rajkot and Bhakt Kavi Narasimha Mehta University jointly organized a 2-day online conference “Mental Health Brainstorming in Mother Tongue”. 200 contestants and 145 research papers from 11 different universities across Gujarat were presented by the online webinar.
Pride of Vadnagar and Gujarat’s renowned Mind Trainer and Psychologist Dr. Rajesh Parmar presented an analytical research article on the topic “Importance of Psychology in Covid-19 – Manomask”.
In this research, Dr. Parmar state that, a mask is needed to protect the body from viruses, a ‘psychomask’ is also needed to protect the mind from negative viruses. Our brain is not a trash can that we accept anyone’s negative thoughts.
They also effectively presented 5 Important tips for maintaining Mental Health.
He has been aearded for Best Research Paper ‘Bhakt Kavi Narasimha Mehta Award’
