Jjust Music Creating Gujarati Version On Popular Demand
The popularity of actor and music entrepreneur Jackky Bhagnani's festival banger
'Choodiyan' has now compelled his music label Jjust Music to create a Gujarati version
of the track. Jjust Music had released the track featuring Jackky and global icon Dytto
right before the festivities began and the smart marketing tactic worked with the song
being played at all Navratri and Durga Puja pandals across the country.
Source close to the music label adds, “With Choodiyan we wanted to ensure that music
becomes the unifying factor and that's the reason for the collaboration with Dytto as
well. What makes me happy is that we are constantly getting demands from different
states to create language specific versions. With Navratri on in full swing, there is a
huge demand for a Gujarati version and we are actively working on it.”
The song is not just ringing in views online but offline as well. Recently, there was a
Choodiyan flash mob in Times Square which brought the traffic literally to a standstill in
the iconic square.
Crooned by Dev Negi and choreographed by Mudassar Khan, Choodiyan has been
shot across picturesque locales in London. Jjust Music has established itself as one of
the most promising and bankable music labels with popular songs like Prada with Alia
Bhatt and Takda Ravan with Vishal Mishra, which received much acclaim.
