Ingredients:-
1) Roasted brinjal.
2) Cumin seeds.
3) Ginger.
4) Green chilli.
5) Asafoetida.
6) Turmeric powder.
7) Red chilli powder.
8) Cinnamon powder.
9) Oil.
How to make?

1) Peel the skin of roasted brinjal and mash it.
2) In a pan, heat the oil and add cumin seeds.
3) Add all the ingredients and saute it well. Add roasted brinjal to it.
4) Stir it well and garnish it with coriander leaves.
