Ingredients :-
1) Cashew.
2) Sugar.
3) Water.
4) Ghee/Butter.
5) Cardamom powder.
How to make ?
1) Blend all cashews in mixi and sieve the powder.
2) Make sugar syrup by boiling it for 5 minutes.
3) Add cashew to it and stir it well.
4) Add ghee and cardamom powder to it.
5) Cook until it starts to separate from pan.
6) Transfer mixture to butter paper and fold it like Dough.
7) Knead it properly and roll it.
8) Cut it to diamond shape.
9) Apply silver coat if you want.
