Who is to be blamed?

Unemployment unemployment
And we blame the Government. 
You know what’s the reason ? 
It’s we, who don’t change with the season. 
Everyone wants a good job, 
Office, chair and a phone to talk. 
Labour work is counted down market, 
Good pay package is the only target. 
White collar job is all they wait for
In spite of getting One is not sure.
Tag of unemployed is taken with Pride, 
But taking up some small job is never tried.
