From time immemorial, the soul has attained oneness with the inanimate things of the world and has neglected the consciousness, means we have loved this body, relationship, wealth, position, prestige, etc. and forgot the soul. And this conscious element or soul alone has infinite power, through which motion as well as vitality is manifested in inanimate things, and if there is any medium behind the oneness with all these inanimate beings is the body-senses-mind.
It is impossible to be free from bondage, pain or suffering until we do not know the true form of this body, senses and mind because this human body is nothing but a production centre of hunger-thirst-fatigue-dirt. The production of all this goes on day and night, that is, it throws out as much dirt as it can, and its production starts from the second minute. The process of re-emergence continues with the satisfaction of hunger and thirst, and the body is constantly tired despite resting. Even more interesting thing is that the temporary elimination of these four is happiness for us. If you feel hungry or thirsty, eat and drink well, if you feel tired, relax, in the morning when your stomach is clear, it means we are happy. Don’t you think this is like deliberately burning to enjoy the ointment.
This life is a relentless process of production and accumulation of pains like hunger-thirst-fatigue-dirt on the one hand and the process of enjoying this temporary relief measures on the other hand, which goes on uninterrupted and creates a sense of happiness in life. Now tell me, what is wrong with the scriptures that say, “There is no such thing as happiness in this material world”? That is the ultimate truth which we do not understand. Is there a fire in the world that never goes out and if so, do we really like it? But this fire of hunger-thirst-fatigue-dirt remains ignited from birth to death. Which ruin us like anything but we like it. What a strange or weird thing isn’t it? Not only the body but also the senses and the mind are involved in the grooming of these four and we forget the very important consciousness in the form of soul. It is important to understand the true nature of this fire of four. We all know that the gastrointestinal tract in us is destroyed and soon man dies. Stopping hunger means man is finished. In short, as long as this process continues, that is, as long as there is attachment to these four, life will continue uninterrupted (that is 84 lakhs vaginas or the circle of birth & death), only the vagina will change according to the more attachment with the particular thing. You probably all know that too much hunger-thirst-fatigue-dirt is in misery (NARKYONI) that is why it is called hell.
The intensity of these four is less in the TIRYANCHYONI (in animals and birds) compare to hells, less in the human vagina and much less in the goddess vagina. This means that the creature which has little affection or more control over these four elements (hunger-thirst-fatigue-dirt) is said to be worthy of ascension. Thus, one who desires salvation must at least learn to restrain these four, as long as the body is bound, it is not possible for anyone to give up these four completely, but his attachment and affection must be given up. The attainment of material happiness is possible only through the presence of these four elements. We have loved all of this since time immemorial that is why we are in bondage to the body. Because only through it can material or physical happiness be enjoyed. An individual who is not in love with these four will get salvation sooner or later. In short, these four factors are the basis of all material happiness in the universe. All material happiness arises only through its temporary solution. That is why wise men say that if we understand this world of inanimate things, the love or pride towards it will automatically go away. The appetite of the senses is many times greater than the appetite of the body. It also works twenty-four hours a day. Our senses are constantly searching for favorable subjects.
In the same way, the hunger of the mind also exists constantly, just as the desire for honor, respect, hospitality, praise, etc., is nothing but mental hunger. Also lust, anger, ego, jealousy etc. are hunger of the mind. E.g. Every human being expects that everyone or everything should suit me and if not, then anger will arise, in the same way sex first wakes up in the mind and then it affects the body. Sex is not a biological demand but a psychological demand. In the same way greed, ego etc. are the hunger of the mind. In short, the mountain of sorrow that we carry throughout life is only the gift of body, senses and mind. Moreover, this body, even if the satisfaction of mind or senses is temporary, but it is subject to virtue or past good deeds. That is, the elimination of hunger, thirst, fatigue and dirt is subject to good karmas.
In the same way, the satisfaction of the hunger of the mind also becomes possible due to past good karmas. In that sense, good virtue or karmas are very important. But for real salvation one has to give up karmas or virtue as well, because even this virtue or good karmas will give you only temporary peace. Just as the peace that burn person gets from the ointment or the peace that he gets from the A.C. But liberation from burning in the fire of life or body can only achieved by real vision and real understanding. Moreover, the driving force of the body and the senses is the mind, and as long as the mind is in love and attachment, there is mental hunger. Moreover, from eternity there has been such a fire in the mind of life which we try to extinguish through enjoyment of different subjects. But does pouring oil into a burning lamp extinguish a fire? That is why the scriptures advise to get rid of the hunger of the body, senses and mind because the ultimate goal of every human being is to get complete happiness. That complete happiness is not possible without knowing the true nature of the body-senses-mind or escaping from its fire. When the soul touches the body, the senses and the mind, a series of problems and pains are created. In fact, we do not consider hunger-thirst-fatigue-dirt as suffering. That is the most pathetic thing or the illusion of mind. If someone asks us how much respect you want? How much money do you want? How hungry are you? By his answer one probably understands that hunger is unlimited which gives little happiness after too much pain. But we do not know about the happiness without pain. So we cannot even make efforts in that direction.
From birth we seek happiness in the material world but have not been able to find it because how can one find the thing which is not there? Human nature must change for the attainment of true happiness. But we have accepted that nature cannot change. Now who can win the one who has just accepted defeat? Religion actually wants an inner change and the true religious man must first change belief and then nature. If belief and nature do not change, that is, if there is no inner change, then such a religion is not useful in any way. The change in nature and belief is not useful after death. It should be change during the life and for that it is essential to understand the true essence of a body or life with the element of hunger-thirst-fatigue-dirt. Birth is the cause of suffering. Holy persons with innocent mind are never born. We are all guilty in the sense that the innocent are never born and the one who is born is never innocent and we have to be innocent. For which the body-senses-mind must be understood. Exemption from the punishment of birth cannot be obtained except by understanding the true nature of hunger-thirst-fatigue-dirt. Immersion with inanimate things is actually a distortion.
To get rid of which, strong determination and restraint can be used. Hunger, thirst, fatigue, filth, anger, lust, greed, ego, jealousy etc. can all be overcome through firm determination. For which restrained is the ultimate solution which is nectarine medicine. The true joy of the soul is in the calm-serious mood. Crying, laughing, rejoicing, mourning, etc. are perversions that are the result of ignorance. One can get rid of all this by recognizing the “self”. Innocent pleasure is born in any activity without disorder or lust. That is the real form of God which gives joy without pain. Every living being has the power of God just needs to recognize it. The whole world is full of disorders. Where there is nothing innocent. There is love of selfishness everywhere so it is not advisable to fall in love with it. The state of unceasing bliss becomes possible by releasing its attachment from the mind. All that is needed is firm determination and restraint.
