Since childhood, i am having a habit of being sad in each and every situation may it be a good or bad. As a child we didn’t knew the that it will become a habit, we just observed that whenever we’ll cry , we will get anything we want. But sadly that doesn’t apply here. Now whenever i cry or be sad there is only me who is there with myself. I have learnt to face all the situation , because whatever is coming is from within .. the thoughts ,the possibilities which i thought about , were only mine.
We generally make someone villain in every situations, and put all the faults to them. We never see within ourselves. It was myself who over thought and now I’m blaming others ! Isn’t this is something wrong ? We over thinkers always see the darkest side of the situation .. that’s the bitter truth.
If i expect no problems , no sorrows in my life it means i am expecting no happiness too..!! They both are just inseparable. How will i know that what’s the happy time without passing out from sadness or problems ?
Try to think real , I’m not saying positive. Just see the reality and react according.
